Information about copyright infringement

Last updated on Oct 03, 2025

We respect the work of creators and intellectual property rights. Using materials (such as images, texts, designs, software, or other content) that are protected by copyright without proper authorization may be considered copyright infringement.

What is considered copyright infringement?

  • Using protected content without permission (e.g., copying photos, illustrations, or texts created by others).

  • Using brand logos or designs without the right to do so.

  • Illegally using software, fonts, or design assets.

Make sure you have explicit written permission from your suppliers when using content from the following brands:

  • Hikvision

  • Ryobi

  • GoPro

What should you do if an infringement is reported?

  • Receive notice: If you get a copyright infringement notice, act immediately.

  • Remove the content: Take down any content you don’t have the rights or license to use.

  • Provide proof: If you believe you have the legal right (e.g., a license), prepare documentation and contact us.

Important!

If you receive letters about such infringements, please take them seriously and remove the content from your website or resolve it directly with the copyright holder. Otherwise, these letters are usually forwarded to the data center, which treats such violations very seriously, and your server may be restricted.

To prevent such situations, our team may temporarily limit your store’s operations until the issue is resolved.
